Paris Hilton has built her own celebrity. She has publicists to ensure she stays in the news and attends any place that has a camera. She could have stayed out of the limelight, though I am sure she still would garner some attention, it wouldn't be 1/100th of what she has now.

SNL is pretty good nowadays.

Anyway, Im a total sucker for Lohan, so I still think shes hot... but she lost a lot of charm, definitely. She's still young, though!
