I went almost exclusivly to gamespot
well organized & lots of lots of updates
i went to ign & all the e3 stuff i clicked were insider

gameweb didn't seem to have much
gaming-age had no screens or videos, only half assed impressions
xengamers was decent or e3 news
the-nextlevel was cool but not as big as Gamespot

I have to second ig's e3 coverage sucking huge donkey balls. I have no problems with insider, but when 80% of your content is insider, what's the point? And it seemed like igncube spent the majority of the time in the nintendo booth. Lame.
For almost all of my videos, I went to www.newtechnix.com
They have an insane amount of videos.
well, until everyone gets home, I'm the only one who can update at a good pace. Once I get this video all tweaked, you'll see the sights and whatnot. Plus a few more hands-on impressions and the like.

I'm not an Insider, but I saw quite a bit of video from IGN...tons of videos from starfox amd zelda mostly. They had some good impressions too. I also hit videogames.com, they seemed to be organized better, but all I got from them was screens and impressions. All the videos were locked.
Then they failed miserably. If I am going to pay for gaming information, I am damn well going to be able to sit on the shitter and read it.Quote:

Post-E3 coverage (basically impressions and major info to follow, more or less, a wrap up) will be done by me later this week. Hella difficult to update while at the show. Would've been great if we had our own room like the IGN peeps at E3 :)
Network and several computer stations, makes things a breeze. I am assuming Gamestop had a similar set up. In defense of all fansites (Xengamers, GA, and us included)...unless you have your own network or a bevy of laptops (not to mention the desire and need to update immediately after the event), generally much of the coverage related to E3 will follow after it's all over.
We did the best we could given the 40+ appts we had and the limited seating and computer stations at E3. At the very least, we wanted to provided something based on time and circumstance, w/o looking too half-assed. More will follow this coming week...
e3news.com, which is to say Gamespot.
I mainly watched TechTV - great network with great shows covering many angles of E3.
The best thing I watched so far was the XBOX press conference (greatest press conference evar!) over at Tracer's from the official XBOX site. Its only worth it to check it out if you've got broadband or something along those lines. Hail Broadband!

I have a subscription to Gamespot Complete so I used that mostly. Xengamers were good also.

They had really good coverage. They didn't have a lot of the movies though.

I had no desire to go to the major sites for info, and anything really monumental was posted here anyway.
I subscribe to Gamespot Complete as well, so I used them. They were the best place for news by far, the only thing I really wanted from IGN were the booth babe stories :)
didnt bother looking at much of anything since there arent many suprises revealed at e3 anymore....
I was pretty lazy in terms of keeping up with E3 this year- mostly just read some stuff at TFP. Now that I'm back to 56k I didn't really feel like waiting to download all the videos. I did check out a Zelda one though.
