It came out in Japan. It is mostly just a remake (3d polygons are used) but you can unlock the original AES version as well.

Why aren't we playing TSS on the internet anymore?

This also has online play, will be coming out in the US, and since pretty much every SNK game is hitting the Xbox lately I wouldn't be surprised if it showed up there.
