Regardless of statistics, though, wouldn't you say it's more intelligent to be concerned about it? It's amazing that people will cite figures as evidence to support not using protection. Just err on the side of caution and bag that shit up when you're going to hit it. That doesn't make you a moron or a fool or paranoid, just cautious.

Yeah absolutely you should use condoms and all that, but AIDS should not be a main concern for a heterosexual male. There's just not really much reason for it. Worry about getting syphilis or gonorrhea or something fucked up sounding like that.

First of all, 99.999999% of cases dont have a dude that has hundreds of millions of dollars. Second of all, Id love to see some proof of your statement that there is an equal number of women who missapropriate funds as there are deadbeat dads, because Im not really buying it. Third of all, like I said, judges arent dumb. A woman isnt gonna go in there and quadruple her child support payments without submitting some massive proof that her child needs it. It doesnt matter if youre Puff, OJ, IronPlant, whatever.

Im not saying that she deserves $21,000 a month, or that her kid deserves it (though I think he does, but whatever). Im saying that the judge set it for a reason, he had access to documents that fools on the internet dont, he has experience dealing with family court that fools on the internet dont, and so forth. So, really, I think that we are in no position to say that shes wasting the money, its not going to the kid, Puff doesnt need to spend that money, whatever. We just arent, and its not even any of our business, its solely between Puff, the mother of his child, and the court. Drawing conclusions of the woman's character (calling her a bitch, ho, saying shes using the cash on herself, whatever, is drawing conclusions) based on this just reveals your ignorance, plainly.

edit: if we wanna speak generally, of course I dont want women to be spending money that isnt their own (and child support payments arent their own). I also want every guy to pay his full share of child support payments. Anyone who doesnt do these things is shameful and reprehensible. But there's no evidence of either going on in this case.

second, judges dont set the amount, they sign off on it. the da and attorneys for the person asking for more cash put the number on the table and it's up to the judge to see if it matches up(keep in mind that most judges are still (like most people) in the mindset that women are victims 100% of the time).

third; any time spent listening to people who practice family law(as i have had to do since my former boss's brothers are both lawyers), and any type of tv/news/ or even radio talk show where they discuss the differeing issues of child support payments(which is fairly common here as the talk shows are more male oriented and subject matter like this does show up fairly often), things that go on behind the scenes, and other points of interest can all add to a perspective other than "omg its not me dats a judge, so i cant say nuthing....yet i'll go here and bitch about some console games that i didnt develop yo".

i've said my peace regarding the situation, i've had plenty of experiences leading me to my opinion(other than OMG IM NOT DA JUDGE I CANT SAY NUTHIN U GUYS R STOOPID) on this subject, and your so called "objectivity" towards this discussion is flat out mind numbingly retarded.

Isn't that standard everywhere? I believe there's a huge misinterpretation of how child support is handled and think women are going around willy-nilly spending money that's intended for children. There's a lot of not paying child support going on, but I think that's more to do with most "deadbeat dads" hardly making enough money to support themselves in the first place.

Actually It's mainly the woman asks for a price and as long as it is not unreasonable for the dad then it is ready to go.

Very few states really look into where the child support money is being used.

No your just wrong. You keep on with this argument that the Judges know the situation when most of the time they don't. No kid needs 21,000 bucks a month to live. Hell some college kids don't need that much money to live. A warning sign should have went on in the heads of the judge that something was wrong. However they probably think like you do. They have this belief that the mother will do the right thing, becuase she is the mother. That if she doesn't then oh well.

If we want the system to be more fair then we need to lose that idealogy.
