I agree with you here. I think basic and reasonable child support is an important thing in a lot of cases, but it gets way out of hand sometimes. Help cover their basic living expenses (food, medical, clothing) so the single parent can raise the child in about the same way it was before the divorce.Quote:

My dad never made my mother pitch in for child support, nor did he go after any money. She took her things, and left. Hell, my dad helps support her. He pays for her cell phone bill and gives her money whenever she needs it. They're not on wonderful terms with eachother, but they're civil enough to not try and dick the other over. More divorces should end like that.
