I agree with you here. I think basic and reasonable child support is an important thing in a lot of cases, but it gets way out of hand sometimes. Help cover their basic living expenses (food, medical, clothing) so the single parent can raise the child in about the same way it was before the divorce.

Alimony is bull, and I don't understand why more couples don't get pre-nup agreements. My dad swears on them no after he's seen all this shit. I know that when he gets married to his girlfriend, they're going to level out all this crap beforehand just in case. Fuck lawyers.

My dad never made my mother pitch in for child support, nor did he go after any money. She took her things, and left. Hell, my dad helps support her. He pays for her cell phone bill and gives her money whenever she needs it. They're not on wonderful terms with eachother, but they're civil enough to not try and dick the other over. More divorces should end like that.

Ok, I'll back off of it a bit. For the forseeable future, I'm not getting AIDS. I only have sex with my girlfriend, and only will for the next few years at least. I'm 100% sure she'll never cheat on me. If she gets raped, she gets tested. I eat my drugs, I would never let her tough a needle, ever.

Child Support has almost no concrete proof to show it is a effective. Women (and Men) can very easily sneak some money for their car,clothes,accesories and the kids,parent and most importantly the court not know any wiser.

This program needs more accountability and recording. My neighbors son used to live with his mom. He didn't know he was recieving childcare. His mom used a lot of the money for herself and took the bare minium to make sure the kid was still getting fed. His dad had to hire his own private investigators and spy on her and his osn. Finally when he recieved enough information he took it to the courts. Had to wait months for the court to give him custody of his son and punish his wife with jail time(I think)

By the way. She bought a new car,clothes,shoes and a bunch of othewr stuff that wasn't helping her son at all.

I'm not saying all women are like this. However that doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
I think Diddy case is geting so much publicity, becuase it shows a glaring problem with our child services system.

The thing is though, if the girl you are going to sleep with does have aids, she won't exactly be comfortable with telling you:

Girl: Yes, but first I need you to know I have aids

So from that perspective, I wouldn't go unprotected unless I knew the person well and could trust them to say if they had any STD etc, whereas if it's just any girl who you don't know, and she has poor morals, then she may not tell you, and you get AIDS.

There's almost no chance for a guy to get AIDS from a girl through normal vaginal sex. That shit just ain't gonna fuckin happen unless you have open sores on your cock or something.

Herpes is the shit you gotta watch out for.
