Mario: Mario's backpack handle looks like a dildo coming out of his arm pit. Would that make it a armdo? A dilpit?
Animal Crossing: Gay cover for a gay looking game. I'm sure all the fruity hippy types will eat it up.
Metroid Prime: This one looks classy. I'm sure the Japanese art will crush it, but it's still classy. BTW, if Samus' chest was as big as her shoulder armor, I'd be in love.
Mario Party: I really like this one. It represents all the characters, the coinage, and the colorfulness of the game.
Star Fox: Reminds me of a comic book cover. I like it. Since Rare is developing it, that cover may be the best part of the game...
Wario World: Why is there a toilet flushing in-between two Warios? Did Toad fall in again? Damn that guy...
Zelda: I am all for the removal of that forced gold crap on every Zelda game. This ship cover is a welcome change, even if it does look like the cover to a straight-to-VHS Disney movie.
"So jaded. You think that's where it's at, but is that where it's supposed to be?" -Aerosmith :D

Metroid's is alright, I kinda like it but it could've been better. It's a nice shot of her looking up and away, classic "adventure" pose. Doesn't beat her classic leaping action shot however, or even this pose. Still good, though.
Star Fox Adventures reminds me of a promo pic from a Saturday morning cartoon. Or, like TriForce said, a comic book cover. In either case, decent, but, as also mentioned before, quite cheesy.
Zelda's the best of the bunch. It shows off the look, something new, the launching of Link in a boat helps represent new adventure, and it looks nice. Good stuff there.
Animal Crossing is nice and simple. Doesn't really say anything about the game (it should have something), but it's a nice cover.

I like the Mario Sunshine cover. He's happy, he's pumping his
fist. . . do you want to see him happy and pumping his
fist at another angle or something? its fine.

The only two I really have issues with are Mario and Wario. Maybe it's just me, but Mario just doesn't look like Mario. The logo is cool, but damn if the left hand side of the case isn't empty.
Wario...uh..yeah, I dunno.
-
None of those look to me like final product. Wario obviously needs TONS of work, SFA needs some clean-up, there's no way Mario is going to be so unbalanced on the shelf, Animal Crossing and Mario Party look just plain lame.
But Zelda and Metroid r0xx0r j00 b0xx0rz...
-
Those will all look nice on my shelf... except Mario Party... which will never enter my house.... unless I'm dead... no, I don't have a point...
-
Those boxes aren't final. nintendo just stuck them in there store at e3 to make it look like they have tons of games.
-
Metroid looks awesome but I'm sure they'll change it to look more action oriented, Mario looks cool but the blurry backround detracts from it, Zelda looks awesome it captures the adventure right, Starfox is good, Wario is ok and Mario Party is great.

Anything is better than the early NES boxarts with the huge black borders and pixellated character art. Well, almost anything.
They're all rather loveli, except for Wario World (which is just lame). Sunshine could use a little work too and I think the Mario Part 4 cover might change in the final game (it looks like they reused the promotional artwork from MP3).
Here's the cover art for Metroid Fusion, in case anyone cares:
