Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike

Well, after trying out that NubyTech SF Xbox controller, I'm back to the S-type stock controller. Its nice looking and all, but what an unfunctional d-pad. I just purchased a magic box. Too bad it will not get here time for tonight. Has anyone had any trouble (i.e. lag) when using one of these converters online?

I'll be back tonight, fuck yeah.

I think Nuby is a goddammed poser. They don't know how to make good controllers for shit.

Well they did alright on the sf annaversary stick, but I'm waiting for the replacement parts to arrive. (how much F'in longer do I have to wait!??)

I've read in various boards that there is lag with the Magic Box when played online. I know you've stated that you don't like arcade sticks, but I would suggest you avoid all the controller heartache and get the SFAC stick (it's back in stock in EBGames.com). After I modded mine with authentic Happ arcade parts, it's the best stick EVAR.

No problem. I did think that more people would show up. You and Cowdisease were the only ones that did. Not that I'm complaining. I had a couple of really good matches with Cow. Till next week or Saturday if I find someone online. Maybe by then my magic box will have come in and I can test it out online.

Some personal stuff came up and I couldn't make it. Now my bro is in town, so I dunno when I'll get back to being able to play again.

Sorry guys, but I won't be around for Fight Night tonight. I'll try to make it next week if I'm still not swamped with work.

We had a nice little impromptu Fight Night on Sunday, since the instance servers on WoW all decided to crash.

It was me, Chux, soundwave, Darmonde, and Shin Myk. GGs were had by all, I think Darmonde won out in the end, that cheating cocksucker.
