I am a little more rusty than I thought. I lost like 40 rounds last night playing against "ss" and "a" ranked players. But it was a wake up call and I picked up a few things that should help my game.

We played a couple of rounds with Cowdisease the other night... the times when you were completely destroyed it was John playing, the rest was me. I haven't played in FOREVERRRR and I keep playing this game like Alpha 3, which does not work.
as soon as i get xbl back... I'll join in :]
I might play for an hour tonight at around 11 PM EST, after Lucky Louie. I'll hop on AIM before to confirm.
Thanks for kicking my ass tonight. I had fun. At the end there I started getting a little down though.Quote:

2. I need to mix up my game a bit. I was a bit of a pattern player. Every time I would jump in hk with dudley and than try to low hk you would alway throw me.
3. I need to play with more than one character. I really felt that when you played dudley and I played as another character I had a good idea of what to look for and what to defend against. Where as with most of the other characters I was not to familar with there move list, so did not know what to expect.
Hope you had fun.
Yeah, twas a good time. We definitely should do it again. I'll look for you via AIM whenever I'm free.Quote:

Im going to go out on a limb here and say Ryu, Ken, Akuma? 9 out of 10 matches for me were primarily against shotos. Occasionally, they would move out of their little fear bubble and pick Yun or Yang, then BAM back to Ryu and Ken.Quote:

Everyone needs to add JohnNiner and Mzo to their friends list when it comes to Third Strike.
I need to get better at the game, back to where I used to be, and John will just pummel you (but it will be fun!).
I went up against JohnNiner on Friday. I was surprised that I stood my ground against him, considering that I haven't played in a while. But then he beat me down at the end. He did this insane Ibuki combo that I want to learn.Quote:
