Wow that commercial is quite explicit and graphic (more than I was expecting anyway) They were obviously going for over the top ridiculousness. The inclusion of the burger out of apparently no where kind of made me laugh.

Right now the CEO of the Hilton Hotels is Barron Hilton, who was Conrad Hilton's son (Conrad was the founder). One of Barron's sons is Richard, who is Paris' father. I dont think there will be any situation where Paris will go anywhere near the hotel operations.
I read Conrad's autobiography and in it he stresses the importance of faith and hard work to success in life. These things seem to have been lost on his family (considering after he died Barron sued to get control of Conrad's wealth, something not in his will).
Kinda says something about how working hard and being successful to give your children a good life can backfire.
