IIRC, Jackson can never again be accused in an American Court house for child molestation. The double jeopardy rule states this man is free from these allegations for life, and even if there was some sort of loop-hole that could be twisted to bring him back to court, the same evidence used in this case (and the case prior) would be null and void.Quote:
