Because Martha Stewart is a fucking shrew who no one likes. Plus, her case was pretty open and shut.

Read the link that I posted in the link. It shows the difference between criminal and civil courts standing on reasonable doubt. It explains how OJ could've been proven innocent in his first trial yet guilty in his second.

I still think the guy who leaked info should've taken ALL the blame.

The problem with that is it would absolve Martha of any blame from making use of that leaked info.

Speaking of Blake, I saw the Larry King interview with him a little while back, one question went almost word for word like this:

Larry King: "Who do you think killed your wife?"
Robert Blake: "You're a smart man Larry...who do you think killed my wife?"

Martha wasnt found guilty of insider trading (she'd still be in jail if that was the case, but alas she got off that charge), she was found guilty of impeding the federal investigation of the trading.
