I think it's SOB: Secular Order of Brigands.

This all untested observations, but daggers don't seem to attack much faster than swords, unless you're proccing a lot of dual strikes (something like 2% chance per rank of dagger mastery). I don't believe assassin has a natural attack speed increasing skill, but they do have an ability that increases dual strike chance in Critical Strikes, the assassin primary.

Sooo...I guess it' pretty much flurry versus double attack, if double attack procs for IW. Now, it might be interesting to take a Me/W and use daggers instead of a sword.

Lots of tests will have to be run. I'm sure someone at guildwarsguru.com has already run them.

I suspect flurry will come out on top, though.

I just started, but it's going to be a Mo/(whatever the hell the new one is...spiritualist?)

I really don't like being a monk, but it makes life easier when going on missions...unless by myself.
