This Months Haul~July Edition

Been playing a lot of handheld stuff lately, so I got these:

Meteos is bloody awesome. My favorite DS game yet, by far. I didn't expect to like it as much as I do.

Bomberman DS seems cool, but I haven't gotten a chance to play multiplayer yet (which is where the game will hopefully shine--eight players with one cart).

WarioWare Twisted is a lot more addicting than I expected it to be. The concept of the game sounded a little lame to me but I picked it up 'cause my girlfriend loves mini-games. I ended up liking it quite a bit, as well. The classic NES games are especially rad.

*Note: That's one of the new MGS2 mini-figures they're selling at GameStop. I wanted a Solid Snake or (believe or not) a Raiden which looks incredibly cool. Unfortunately, all they had was Otacon, Olga, and this guy at my local store. They had some of the Suikoden figures as well, but at my store all that was available was crap Suikoden III figures. :(

How much are those action figures and how tall are they? Looks pretty slick.

Just bought two crappy pedals and a 60 watt amp off a friend for $50, so I finally have something dedicated for my guitar to create ample sound waves. Unfortunately, I forgot the power supply for one of the pedals at his house, but I have to head out tomorrow to grab a couple extra cords for linking the pedals and amp together anyway so I'll probably pick up an extra PSU then as well.

Time for my roommates to hate me.
