Neat little surprise tonight, as my mother brought home the Lupin the Third: World's Most Wanted, Vol. 1 manga. Two Lupin things in one day, can't beat that.
Edit - And I just got Lupin the Third: Island of Assassins for $21 at Best Buy, along with an arcade legends plug 'n play with Qix. I can't cait to finally play that. I also got some Cold Stone ice cream. Simply amazing ice cream, and at $5, it better be.

The game is fun, it has the crazy redneck vibe (like the Dukes of Hazards) and the controls are responsive enough. You can do some mad damage to you vehicle and if you hit an obstacle right you'll launch your driver right out the window
Mini games are cool, they all seem to focus around ejecting your driver out of the car at high speeds. Defiantly fun if you get sick of the racing. I would not recommend the game @ $40 but when it hits $20 I give it a go.
Thanks mo.

3rd version of the same movie. What can I say I like it.
I never saw what was in the 10CS pack. It's essentially a slightly larger Pop'n Mini controller except now the buttons bubble up to resemble the arcade. It's a ton better than the old Pop'n Mini.Quote:

I finally decided to start reading Hikaru No Go. I think I've put this one off for long enough.
I think that one's the same as the 10CS one, then. Mine has bubbled buttons, better than the flat-button crap on the old one. Guess the only change is the color scheme, then (white looks better).
And damn, I need to get the new HP book. Curse hardback prices!
Sl1p: I demand impressions of Pop'n 11 either here, or at your LJ. I finally got my ASC after falling in love ALL OVER AGAIN at Sviggle. :D

There aren't as much as say, Pop'n 10 I don't believe, but what is there is gold and it's a Hell of a lot easier to do so.
Besides, O-Edo Kayo, Hong Kong Euro and Mongol make it worth the purchase alone. Oh! And of course there is Gradius ~ Full Speed ~ and Tank.
PS: SVGL is waiting on the official release of Pop'n 13 before they upgrade. Whoo~
$20 bucks is a lot of money when you don't have a job and can't afford a lunch at Wendy's, it is. I'm either going to borrow it, hope a relative buys it for me or wait until some used copies surface at local stores.Quote:

Sci-Fi stuff, MGS3 and airsoft guns.
I'll take pics of downstairs tonight. That is where all the games are.
Find some good posters and frame them. Wall scrolls are for poor people.
Framing videogame-related stuff is the dorkiest thing ever. Seriously.
Except for wall scrolls. Only losers put wall scrolls up.
But I got them for free :(
I hope morphix sends me a PSP
I'm still amazed how badly they screwed up that port. How do you take a game and transfer it to a system that can run it better yet have it come out looking twice as bad?Quote:

Morph, UMD is certainly not DVD. Why are you wasting money for those when you know full well it'd be a better idea to just compress them on a memory stick?
I mean seriously, why do you want to start a collection like that?

I just got done watching Armageddon (dam that movie gets me weeping like a bitch). Would I have watched it if I had to go through the trouble of ripping, converting and copying it to a mem card? No, but I can just grab the UMD on the way to the crapper and I am set.
I wouldn't recommend UMD movies to people on a budget, but as you know I have a bit more disposable income than most. Just another form of media to collect.
Anime UMDs here I come.
yea, it's just "a bit more". :rolleyes:Quote:

I wish morphix would donate to a charity or sponsor some endangered species or something. Some of those shitty movies are $7.50 on DVD at target.
I got the new Harry Potter book, which is awesome, because I found twenty dollars in a pair of jeans that went through the laundry. Our house rule is whoever finds it, keeps it as far as laundry money goes. Win! Would've been a while, otherwise. Already ten chapters through and I'm enjoying it far more than the fifth.
stfu. Morphix > you. You know why? Because he doesn't go around talking about how you're not a decent human being. Who are you to pass judgement because you have a worthless friend with no money?Quote:
