No, the PSP owners don't have as much cash laying around, because they've spent it all buying the PSP.

Not really. There are only three games on the PSP that have higher sales numbers than the top selling third part DS game, and two of them are very logical (Ridge Racer and Tales). Barring those three games, sales of DS games are keeping pretty good pace with PSP games. The DS simply doesn't have any of those "huge" titles from third party companies yet, and when it does, I'm sure it'll sell 100,000+.

What is interesting to me is how many puzzle games on the DS have higher sales numbers than the PSP's top puzzle game, Lumines. DS has three games, even without counting stuff like Mr. Driller, before you get to Lumines.
