Fable:The Lost Chapters

This is good news, I will definately rent this.

Time to sell my original Fable and either use the money to pay for this or put it toward Killer 7.

^^^ = another example of someone who buys into the hype, then when they are dissapointed; get all pissy about it. you guys seriously need to detach the hype from these fucking games so you can enjoy them for what they are, and not for what magazines boost them up to be(or in this case, the creator himself)

Well , when you buy anything you are going to have expectations. When I go to a steakhouse to buy dinner I expect a good steak dinner, when I go to the store and buy a light bulb I expect it to work,when I go to buy a game which is marketed to be the best, most realistic, unlinear RPG out there, Im going to expect that too.If Peter Molyneux would have said in interviews that he planned on doing an action/RPG-ish game on rails - then he should have just said that so people would know what to expect.I liked it for what it was worth, only because I knew all of the hype was bullshit,and it wasnt going to be this perfect RPG as it was proclaimed to be....

I actually played Fable for the first time this weekend and was dissapointed, perhaps its just after playing WOW that I dont know if I can go back to a console RPG much less this game.

The graphics are ugly which all consoles games are for the most part when you are used to playing on a high end pc, the game as mentioned is on rails which again after wow is horrible.

I did like the art style and the voice acting but not something I will play though to the end.

I wasn't waiting for an update, I wasn't going buy it at all, but then this pops up.

$20 price tag + Extra content - Idiotic hype = Me interested.

Avoid. Unless your xbox is hd modded, in which case the load times are (barely) tolerable.

Otherwise, you load between every memory-size-limited postage stamp sized area, and the load times suck.

It's also really easy and the story is mediocre.

...and the final boss battle is shit.
