Not at all. It's more unobtrusive than having a wired headset, and allows me a bit more freedom of movement. For example, my cell phone is the primary number people have for me. In addition, I most often charge my phone while in the office. (That's where its cradle and USB charging cable sits.) If people need me for something, having the wireless handsfree means I can leave the phone in its cradle for charging, have both hands free for using the computer without trying to balance the phone on my shoulder, and also lets me wander a short distance from my desk (usually as far as my coworker's office when I need to ask him something) or to the printer and still receive calls.
Besides which, I hate using the wired one in the car because the wire always seems to be in the way. :)
