1)Regarding the tracks: Can you tell me if a redone version of Over Pass City is in the game? Over Pass City was the long track in Rage Racer with the "San Francisco -like hills" that had you using manual transmission in the game. Is this track in there? What about any other tracks from RR Type 4?
2)Have you managed to unlock the hidden announcer(s) yet? If so, can you tell me if any of them are from past RR games? The girl from Rage Racer perhaps?
3)When you're using the game's custom soundtracks, how does your music play throughout the game? I mean, does the song stop and the end of the race, and then moves onto the next song at the begginning of the race? Or do they continue to just play through out the entire game, menus, races and all? Also can you adjust your music's volume level against the sound game's sound effects? Oh and can you create your own playlist? Or perhaps make the songs play in any order you want?
4)Are you playing the game in 5.1 surround sound? If so, when listening to your own tunes, does the music come through all the speakers at once? Or just the front main speakers?
5)How does the analog stick feel to you? Can you control the car pretty well with it? Is the precision really good with the stick?
6)Can you comment on the rumble signal from the 360's gamepad? How well did Namco implement the rumble signal into Ridge Racer 6's gameplay? Does it rumble when you collide with other vehicles, hit the ground from a huge jump, or rub against the wall?
7)Regarding vehicle to vehicle collision....is it more of the cars rubbing together ala Daytona USA, or is more bumper car style? Do you lose a lot of speed when doing so?
If you could take a little time to answer these questions I'd really appreciate it :)
Oh man, peeps who already have the game have got me all hot and foaming at the mouth here! It's gonna be EXTREMELY hard to wait until Christmas to get this game! But oh, what a glorious day it'll be :D

I havent had a chance to play RR6, hopefully an X-mad present. I do know that the custom music should work like all the other games. You go into your Media Center while in game select your music and there you go. It plays continuous if the game is loading or what not.
I think RR6 is gonna be my next purchase (if it's not Condemned).
The announcer is the worst in gaming history. Worse than that DJ from Burnout 3: Takedown.
if you're getting the game regardless why all the questions?
My question is for those that have RR6 and PGR3, hows RR6 stack up graphics wise to PGR3?Quote:
