ordered a tv stand in the mail. wasnt to happy that shipping was almost as much as the stand itself so i was suprised to see UPS left the box in my driveway while i was at work. not only that but they packaged the box inside another box almost twice its size with two very small pieces of brown packing paper thrown in. everything seemed in order tho until i assembled it. the main brace across the front is almost completely cracked in half. on their site IKEA says they want the whole thing shipped back but i think thats complete bs since all i need is one piece of wood. i hate assembling large things only to find a defect.
