Anyway, I went ahead and filed a report with Paypal. On a whim, I checked the option to keep the package and recieve a partial refund of £13.00, rather then send it back to the UK at my expense. Either way it sucks because I really don't have any reason to have a B+W unit, considering I've already purchased Final Lap Special, Golden Axe, and Guilty Gear Petit.
