lol, that also sounds like trolling!Quote:

It's trolling when the post gets deleted. Lets keep this on track.
Trolling: HAHA, Gamecube sucks!
Not-Trolling: RE4 is the only must have, Blue Storm isn't a must have.
If somebody has trolled in this thread nobody knows about it because I am physically removing all the trolling posts so nobody ever has to see them.
Anyway, yes, Luigi's Manion is a must-have for the system. SO underrated.
I want a Luigi's Mansion 2 with a mansion 10x bigger and way more hidden things to interact the vacuum with. Trying to suck up table clothes and be a general vandal was half of the fun.
Pokemon Channel.
For serious.
Mortal Kombat Deception (exclusive use of Goro and Shao Khan)
No, I'm just listing the games that I like. 1080 is a great game.Quote:

Resident Evil 4 - best game this gen.
Zelda 4 swords - man this is so much fun it is killing me! (played without the gba)
Metroid Prime 1+2 - uhm, just awesome. Gaming perfection.
Warioware - yay, it's fun!
Paper Mario - I enjoyed this more than Sunshine.
Monkey Ball 1+2 - Way to go Sega.
also:
Zelda Windwaker - I haven't bothered finishing it myself, so I dunno if that counts.
I guess Mario Sunshine too, but I just don't feel the love for it.
Not really.Quote:

With that said, I really like Resident Evil 0, 1 and 4 on the GameCube, and as mediocre as Twin Snakes was, I still enjoyed it a bit.
I forgot to include that game but I saw your post coming a mile away.Quote:

Wave Race 64 beats the piss out of Blue Storm, but Blue Storm is a game that's still well worth owning.Quote:

I put a pox on you for saying otherwise.
Blue Storm is the best representation of the sport that I've ever played.
I'd say for our purposes, if a game is exclusive to one console in the US it's exclusive. Also, I'd still consider a game like Viewtiful Joe or Monkey Ball exclusive since they were exclusive for a long time and are still superior on the console they originated on.
Jungle Beat is definately a must have, Beach Spikers was also an amazing game that flew under the radar. Animal Crossing definately belongs on the list too. Mario Baseball is only a day old but I've been playing it at kiosks for weeks and it's an incredibly fun pick up and play baseball game that will see tons of play for many years to come.
Ultimate Muscle always looked cool (Like No Mercy on amphetamines) but I never got to play it, is the general opinion that it's a good game? DoR2 looks quality but I haven't seriously played a wrestling game since No Mercy (I don't watch wrestling so the only motivation for me to play a wrestling game is if it's fun, got a great CAW mode, multiplayer, etc.).
I liked UM, although damn is it ever bare bones. Part of NM's play style is there, as are the animations. Well worth the $10 it goes for. I rented it when it came out, and just need to find it in a store to buy it.
I really like the remakes of Bonk's Adventure and Star Soldier. Donkey Kong Jungle Beat is one of the best platform games ever but gets little respect.
Two of my friends got it during the summer, and though I was skeptical of the concept, playing it was insanely addictive. I really need to get my own copy, now that I brought my GC back up here for RE4 and Killer 7 purposes. Probably the most fun Nintendo game I've played in a long time.Quote:

Don't buy a game that has no 60Hz option. It's not good enough; and paying for such games is like saying that you like your games unplayably slow and you'll accept any old shit product.
And I have yet to see a convincing review of Jungle Beat. And I'm not buying bongos just on the say-so of the people on this board because phrases like:
are very ambiguous. Beware of that word "fun". To me it means "another mediocre waste of money but I'd rather not say so."Quote:

Edit: I'd like if I was proved wrong about that bongo game, but I doubt I will be.
Nah, Jungle Beat is a good game. The only thing I could really see that's wrong with it is that it's kind of short. It does have a lot replay value though.Quote:

I know and I never do, but I expected this license to be big enough for Nintendo to care about it. I don't suppose I could force 60hz via the import bootdisk, or is this crazy talk?Quote:

Did you miss the part in this thread where I said its one of the best platform games ever? In fact, I'd have to go back to the 16 bit generation to find a better one.Quote:

I don't know because I don't use the boot disc. I have a US GC and get US or Japanese games for the sake of 60Hz and progressive scan / VGA support.Quote:

I mean, it IS a platformer.
Not just elements, the game is a platformer. I think a lot of people mistake it for a rhythm game because of the controller and the name.Quote:

Something went wrong along the way if people don't even know what genre Jungle Beat is in. I'm sure some of it is attributed to the Cube being on life support, but how can a DK game, and such a good one, be so overlooked?
Because you can't kill people online in it
I'd put Gotcha Force up there, but my opinions on games in general are all at least 4 months old.
That only applies if you point out the hypocrisy and general asshattedness when a mod makes the claim, yet makes trolling threads as well.Quote:

What does asshattedness mean? Seriously. Does it mean Master wears an ass on his head? MVS, I liked your previous sig.
It's from the Native American phrase, means 'one who wears ass on head'.
You don't like the BF2 Sig? :(
My Armor K:DR is up to 4.79:1
Because people here are too busy yapping about overrated shit like Ico, because they want to be hardcore, to notice games that are "uncool" but actually good.Quote:
