A) It's not the best selling videogame ever. Halo 2 a year ago beats it so it's not like being the "hottest selling" really means much, and for a handheld game it's doing well. This is one game out of how many Nintendo's been throwing at the fan. The game is more of a demo mini-game that tires after 30 minutes anyway. 20 dollars would still be too high. Nintendo sux kthx. 15% of the DS fanbase is, what, 2 people? *hyuk yuk yuk*
I think the idea is great, but the game itself probably gets boring too fast.
This is the case with every Dogs or Cats game. I remember being completely addicted to the Game Boy Color version of Dogs when it came out - two days later I sold it at GameStop. They're no better than Tamagachis if you ask me.Quote:

LMFAO. You're right, "zero good games" is better than "very few good games," so clearly PSP is dominating.
And stop with the EGM-inspired jackassery of calling games "titles".
I thought so at first when I began to play the Japanese import at work. Played it for a bit over a week and I grew to like it more than I expected. I ended up buying the US version and playing it all over again. I can't really stand to play it more than about 10-15 minutes at a time, but I pick it up at least a couple times a day. Definitely still fun to play with in short spurts. There are plenty of long-term objectives to shoot for, and just going for walks to unlock new goodies is fun in the way that playing slots is fun (you might get something cool).Quote:
