Well, the Ant-Man movie just got a hell of a lot more interesting...
I hope they set the Captain America movie in the early 40s and have Cap fight alongside Bucky and the original Human Torch. They could fight the Submariner who would sporadically fly out of the ocean to wreck up New York city every time he sees a human... kill a fish or something.
I must be the only fan of the original Captain America movie :( . I used to watch it all the time on WPIX.

Captain America - Have it set in World War II, and follow the storyline laid out in Ultimates Volumes 1 & 2. Lots of Nazi-ass kicking and have a real good actor play the top Nazi commander who isn't what he seems . . . Movie ends with Cap falling in block of ice and found by Tony Stark in an ice expedition some sixty plus years later.
Ultimates - As mentioned previously, just have the film follow the storyline of Volume 1 with a huge climatic battle of the Ultimates fighting Hulk. As Jetman said, make sure you include the scene of Cap kicking Hulk in the junk. Since Ultimate Nick Fury was based as Samuel Jackson, it's only fitting that Sam play Nick Fury in this film (in fact, Fury says that he should be played Jackson if a movie version of the Ultimates was ever made).
Ultimates 2 - Follow the storyline of Vol. 2 with the big alien invasion. Have that good actor who played the Nazi general from the Captain America movie return. Make sure the alien invasion looks "Lord of the Rings" epic.
I don't care about Hawkeye getting his own film, I'd rather be interested in one based on Avengers West Coast cause then you have everyone including scarlet witch, Vision, and Hawk's late wife Mockingbird. This would also be a better point for Ant-man cause he's more like a backup and does all kinds of mechanical/scientific work for the team.
