That was horrible.
The graphics don't even come close to everything else we've been shown for the 360, the physics look unrealistic, and don't even get my started on the animations; why is it that their hands don't move at all?

Those animations and player models were hard to watch.
I wouldn't expect much better from a cross-platform game, let alone a 'cross-generation' game, especially one with no competition.
I expect stuff like that on the Xbox, not the Xbox 360.
I wonder if they'l be using PS3 as their native platform next gen? Probably not, since porting from 360 makes more sense and Microsoft seems to be kissing EA's ass right now.
I didn't think it looked terrible, kind of half-cooked...the animations clearly weren't finished. I like the new models, even though everyone looks even more hulked out than usual. But it certainly wasn't up to the standards of some other next gen games...the lighting looked wrong, everyone comes across like an action figure instead of photorealistic.

It probably had more to do with the fact that the dev team didn't feel like working 80 hour work weeks and having absolutely no autonomy for the rest of their careers.
EA management treats their developers like shit, regardless of how many millions their hard work and creativity brings to the company.

A few more screenies released today. Not NBA2K6 impressive, the models don't seem to have the same amount of "life" to them I don't know what it is. But it is looking fairly impressive none the less.

In the second pic Javon posted, look at #59, and #29, they look like absolute ass. ESPECIALLY #59.
