You're an idiot. What I meant is that winning the championship is all that matters. If you make the playoffs, lose the Super Bowl, or go 0-16, you're a loser.Quote:

Funny side note...I've been reading in the local papers that 99% of the celebrities coming to Detroit for the Superbowl/festivities are scared to actually stay here (in the city). As you are probably aware, Detroit borders Windsor, Ontario...thats where everyone is staying. None of the celebrities even want to fly into Detroit City Airport which would set them down 5 minutes away from Ford Field...they have elected to fly in to Detroit Metro Airport which is a good hour away in good traffic (which is rarely the case).
But fortunately, Eli has Tiki to balance out his Manning lose-power.Quote:

Uh, New England Patriots doesn't rhyme with Benver Droncos.Quote:

Seattle's going to take the NFC. I'd like the Bears better if they had a QB. There are better guys in the CFL.
I'm going to call the Giants for the win on Sunday because I'm a total homer like that, but I'll be honest, it all depends on the D line because the LBs & O Line are hacked to pieces and the secondary's just okay. Tiki will average 2 YPC except for a couple of game-changing big runs. Eli will either be demolished by Carolina's D, or hang around the whole game and then torch them in the last 2 minutes.
I'm picking all the road teams to win the first round. Jacksonville is 12-4, yet they are a wild card because of the division they are in. Two of Jacksonville's losses came from Indy and they played them tough.
Sorry New England, but you're getting your ass whooped by Jacksonville this weekend.
Belichick defence vs. any of Jacksonville's QBs = 5 INTs. I don't think they have a prayer.Quote:

If they can put up 30 against a tough defensive team like Baltimore; they can put up 20 against New England. 3 of the 4 losses for Jacksonville were against Denver and Indy. Both of those teams are better than New England and Jacksonville barely lost to those teams.Quote:

Also, Jacksonville has surrendered 269 points to the opposition, VS. 338 points for New England.
New ENgland during the season is not the same New England playing now. Those numbers are moot. Half the defense was out most of the year and it was filled with 3rd and 4th stringers (who still held it together enough to get into the playoffs, wtg bench!)Quote:
