Ironhide looks like his old self, but he's so....plain. It looks like a different grade/color of plastic was used for him compared to Sideswipe so it looks less glossy than 'swipe's plastic does. Still a decent figure, but I wish he had more color to him. His van form looks like a jigsaw puzzle. I'll give him a 2.5 out of 5.

RUMORS:Next Masterpiece is Grimlock (yeah, we've heard that one before), coming in March '09 for 13000 yen (currently 129.135 USD - ouch!); second Alternity figure is Megatron as a Nissan Fairlady Z in choice of silver or blue.

So, a Nissan 350Z for Megatron and Optimus as a Nissan GT-R.

As you all can tell ... Nissan's design philosophy sucks. They both look similar.

BTW ... Megatron should have been the Ferrari California.

I would buy Masterpiece Grimlock in an INSTANT.

I do care what the price is.

Man, they just keep cranking these things out. :D Universe, Animated, Alternity, and Masterpieces.

FX, do you see Fracture in the walmarts near you? I have only seen it once here and it was the last one with paint problems, so I passed on it and never seen it again.

OH yeah. I've seen LOTS of them. They are in abundance in this area. I'll pick one up for you tomorrow when I go out.
