I was running out of room on my shelf which is why I put them in car mode--and still I've had to migrate new Transformers to the cabinet on the left. But you're right--my dad and brother came to my office a couple months ago and were admiring the cars before I told them they were Transformers. They hadn't a clue.Quote:

Masterpiece Optimus Prime has a number of die-cast parts. But yeah, what happened to normal, affordable toys being made of metal?
I was joking it was a line from the old Beast Wars show finale where Optimus Primal is looking at the G1 Tf's in the ark. He focuses on Optimus Prime. Then you hear Cheetor say look at the size and I bet they weigh a ton. Optimus Primal then says ... DieCast its a lost art.
I didn't pay full price. I got it from a friend who cleaned out his closet years ago. Got that, Megatron, Bumblebee and a shitton of other old Transformers from him for $20. :sneak:Quote:
