New announcements at SDCC: Hasbro has confirmed the Target-exclusive "Evolution of a Hero" two-pack featuring both versions of Bumblebee, with an exclusive battle damage paint scheme on the 08 version, that popped up on eBay last week. Also, a two-pack of battle damage variants of Robot Replicas Optimus and Megatron, exclusive to Walmart. If anyone doesn't know, the Robot Replicas are an upcoming line that eschews transformation in favor of a movie-accurate sculpt of the character's robot mode. The downside, apart from not transforming, is that they're all the same scale - Optimus and Megatron won't tower over the others like they should.
They are killing me with this "battle damage" shit. MP Prime, MP Starscream, now this. Jeez.
Found this guy and the wristwatch Transformer at Target today. I picked up High Score 100. It's really a pretty neat toy, though even smaller than I imagined. Decent transformation, everything fits together well (except for the L and R buttons, which are a bit loose) and it looks good both as a robot and a controller.
They've got SDCC Rodimus for $24.99 (and the rest of the exclusives) at www.hasbrotoyshop.com

These WILL be owned by me. Damnit. And just the three figures I was looking for, too.
