Anybody else ever do this?

Every once in a while I will get pissed off at a noob in our forums or on a different forum, or completely hate somebody's dumb opinion they feel the need to post. I then write a long-winded post about how completely wrong they are, owning them 8 ways to Sunday.

I then, instead of posting the reply, just browse to another thread. Just typing out my response is often enough to make me feel better. Posting it would just start a fight, or come off as trolling, and nobody wants that unless the post is amusing (which in these cases, they aren't).

Anybody else ever do that? I think I picked it up from the GA forums where 90% of the people are either fanboys or completely fucking worthless. I have just about everybody on ignore over there because arguing over the internet just feels pointless. The same thing over and over. Lurking is just that much more rewarding nowadays.

I do that sometimes, perhaps not enough.

i do it occasionally, its like fuck it really, im too old for things that require effort.

All the time. I always think, 'it's just the fucking internet.'

I don't think I could do that if I wanted too. You guys flipping the fuck out over ever other thing I post is far more fun than force vectors and what not.
