Whoever decides how many handicapped spaces are needed in a parking lots in Canada has really overestimated the crips' desire to shop.
Even during the holiday rush, half are empty, and of the ones that are full, most are occupied by able-bodied folk.
I've used handi-stalls before, but a lot of times it's because many smaller washrooms have only handistalls.
