Why the fuck is this thread being posted in September, 2005? Both are overrated as hell on TNL, but Ninja Gaiden is the better game.

Oh, Ninja Gaiden by the way.
For these two Ninja Gaiden is better although tate is really neat in Shinobi. I would rather play the 8-bit versions in each case though.
Once you get the controls down, Ninja Gaiden is pure action heaven.
Shinobi is fun, but it can't even come close.
And I far prefer the new Ninja Gaideon to the old games, you people are insane.
Despite it's flaws, Ninja Gaiden XBOX is the better game.
