eh... Good, nothing amazing. If not for the great translation and cracktastic item creation, no one would remember it from Stella Deus.
What, no love for Popo's tutorials? Those were the most memorable parts of the game for me. Stella Deus's main memories for me all involve how perfect the streamlined control setup is.
Well... Some of the j-voices certainly were cute. I was all hearts whenever Norn or Popo talk.
Nothing wrong with Stella Deus, just wasn't popular. (see the thread, i'm a supporter!) I didn't think Atelier Iris would be either, but kids today like their N1, even as just a publisher. I could've just as easily said Riviera, another great game that'll likely be forgotten.
The English cast ruled in AI, although I was able to tolerate the Japanese cast for a little while.
when I think of Atelier Iris, all I can think of is Extended Plays review of it calling it the worst game they ever played & X-Play's 1 out of 5 score
