The only thing that's bothered me more was the decapitation of the Korean guy in Iraq. I've never been so angry.Quote:

You said you would have shot the guy when he was doing the "shoot me" dance, which he was doing while unarmed. You can't do that- legally, I think it's called murder or something like that.Quote:

Sadly, it's the cop's fault he died. Either he was stupid, scared, inexperienced, or all three, I don't know- but I was amazed (I mean REALLY amazed) at how many times he kept telling the guy to drop the gun. He should have gave one warning, tops, IF EVEN THAT. But noooo, he had to keep warning and warning and warning and as a result he has a widow and two fatherless kids. Nice job, dummy.
This is how the situation SHOULD have unfolded:
Guy: HAHAHA! WHEE! Shoot me! Shoot me, motherfucker!
Cop: Now, now, buddy, calm on down. Let's talk this out like reasonable people before there's trouble.
Guy: Here, want to see my gun? Here it is...! (reaches for visible gun)
Cop: BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM (changes clip) BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM BLAM (grabs shotgun from dashboard) BLAM CHIK-CHIK BLAM CHIK-CHIK BLAM CHIK-CHIK BLAM CHIK-CHIK BLAM CHIK-CHIK BLAM CHIK-CHIK BLAM
Cop: Send the meat wagon, central. Got me a dead asshole here.
And there you go.
yeah that scenario works for me too :DQuote:

It's like those fucked up stories you hear about someone breaking into a house, the house owner wounds the guy and the fucking dirt bag sues the homeowner for insane money.Quote:

That officer being 22 must have been on the force for just a few months and clearly didn't handle the situation right. Experiance goes a long way and hopefully that video has saved officers lives now.
Dude, let's, without warning, drop YOU into a life or death situation with a lunatic with a gun and let's see you caaaaarefully aim for the guy's leg or shoulder in an effort to wound him while he's doing his best to actually kill you and bullets are whizzing past your head.Quote:

Like MVS said, cops are taught not to draw their weapon unless they think they might have to kill someone. Not wound, kill. They have nightsticks/mace/tasers for wounding.
No shit Sherlock. I would have opened fire when he took out the gun and stopped when he hit the ground. But what the fuck do I know, I've never gone through police training and fired a gun. It's weird, in the past 3 years I now have 3 friends who have become NJ state troopers/cops.Quote:

Don't get snappy cause you are ignorant and can't bring yourself to agree with me, even when I am right and you have to agree with me by proxy through an intermediary.Quote:

The idea is to meet Force with Equal Force for the situation.
Like I said, they showed this to my sister at the LAPD and the main points were:Quote:

That's the shitty thing, though, Inaction by cop and he dies.
