This game is the bomb. Its very fast. Its got super solid and tight skill-based gameplay. They are going to update it all the time. So more maps will definately be around the corner. Your bullets actually hit people accurately compared to Battlefield 2. I was gunning people down left and right like a madman. Great great stuff.
That's the draw for me and DOD. Tight maps, it forces action in small spaces. Plus, when you throw a grenade or shoot someone in the head .. they are dead. The way it should be.
It can be a bit frustrating for newbies, dying all the time, but the respawn timer is only 11 seconds .. then you are back into action.
Plus, how many games have an MG42 you can carry around and mount where ever you want? Ahhh ... the carnage.
