Getting album cover art to an I-pod with color screen/nano?

Mine was super easy. I only have about 140 songs on it so far.
I thought the picture thing was pointless and I didnt give a shit about it when I bought it. But now that I tried it and seen it I really like it. I never really thought about buying an MP3 player but now that I have one I love it. Thanks Apple!
