It appears to be an adventure/hentai game. I did a search for Ranmaru and Adventure in google (as the screenshot looked like an adventure game, and Ranmaru was the character name in the shot).

Every Hentai adventure that I've ever played (admittedly only like 4) always manages to cross the line and disgust me to the point where I have to stop playing. I actually liked divi-dead until they busted out the blowjob scene with the 10 year old. Then I just had to turn it off and delete it.

Nasty. I never played far enough into the game to see that(the game didn't have enough gameplay for my liking) but for some reason I thought the game was a more tasteful hentai game. I guess not.

Only really tasteful hentai game is Sakura Seasons or whatever, been a while. And I think there's another one of the ones with reviews I read over at something aweful. Other than that there are no tasteful ones to my knowledge heh.

Darkseed looks like the work of H.R. Giger. How is the game? Does Giger actually have anything to do with it, or is it a rip-off of his work, a la Contra?

Is Divi-Dead a free game a la the ABA shooters, or is it something I gotta buy?

It is actual Giger art. The game seemed like a pretty good adventure from what I remember but I never played far into it.

How is Waxworks? I saw it listed as part of the Elvira series, and I find her really repulsive, but the games themselves look okay.

While it is often referred to a sequel to the Elvira games, I don't think that character appears in Waxworks at all. The game is a hybrid of an RPG and a point and click adventure. It certainly stood out in the early '90s for its gore. I recall not liking the combat much but the atmosphere and puzzles were good.
