Jesus CHRIST! I bit my knuckle and went "AW LAWD" at how amazing this looks.
The frame rate is slightly janky, but I'm 100% confident that will get smoothed over.
I don't really like NBA sim games (y halo thar NBA Showtime) but uh. . this is going to be $20 bucks still, right? ^^;
Wow, that's absolutely stunning.
The only negative is that I can't help but think what NFL 2K6 might have been with Visual Concepts' abilities. I really hope they go forward with a unlicensed football game that allows for easy edits (is it possible in the upcoming XBox Live marketplace/whatever for user-created downloadable content? I don't recall).
Holy shit.
Gamespot has another short trailer-

CRAZY~
That ball looks fucking retarded though.
I am right there with you -- haven't really got this pumped about playing a b-ball game in ages, but you can bet I am going to be playing this shit when it comes out Q4.Quote:

I'm not much for sports games either but in the video that one shot of the fabric of the guy's pants rippling as he jumped kind of made my pants tight. Beautiful.
Also, maybe its just me, but what's with all the players' jerseys in all the next-gen sports games being so damn shiny? Like they're all wearing latex or something... Still, the game isn't so bad as Madden as far as that goes.
...and yet it'll look exactly like every other basketball game during actual gameplay.
