So, rama. There's an interview in this month's Play magazine. It's really nice. He says the music's "orchestra version" or something. It's worded funny, but i think it means what you want it to. He also mentions wanting to expand the DQ series in the US and wanting to bring over Slime Mori Mori for your favorite system. That's right, the DS! Har har har!
!argh! not the ds....rrrrrrr they should just like...not have ANY dq games on the ds. EVER. but...yeah...now that i'm thinking about it...how are they gonna pull off the "orchestra version?" i didn't mind the synth music at all. it's nice to hear after listening to the arranged soundtrack so much.
y'know, i was thinking how they always do remakes with the new graphics or whatever...and even though they've re-made dragon quest 3 like....2 times already, i'd like to see it in the style of 8. but i guess the next remake on the list is 6. wonder when that's comming?
Just got the demo disc. I'm guessing anything done on the demo disc can't be moved over to the real game when it is released?
nah...you can't even save. pluss the one scenario that you do happens a little after the very begining of the game.
so...uh...oh my god! i just read on 1up that dragon quest 8's comming out a week earlier. so the release date is now set for november 15th.
We'll all be racing karts online by then!!!! I beat the demo, I liked the game but I didn't like that you had to play it for over two hours with no saves to beat it.
That's... That's... THAT'S PAY DAY! WHOOOOOO! XD WEYOOOT!Quote:

Hey everyone! Buy DQ VIII so they translate DQ V and VI and bring back IV. I'll come and get you if you don't! :D
What if I buy it for a completely different reason Mister Sassypants?
Hm... I guess i can leave you alone then. All that really matters is that you buy it.
Cut and paste from rpgamer.

The North American version of Dragon Quest VIII will feature a number of upgrades from the Japanese version, including full-orchestra soundtrack, voice acting, and a redesigned menu system. It will also include a playable Final Fantasy XII demo.
