yah well too late now, my team are in the range of level 14-18, so leveling up is a little slower now. at the begining i was going ape shit on the offensive side, leveling up weapons only.Quote:

Why are you guys puting skill points into weapons you don't use?
That's great that yungus has high critical when he has no weapon, but his attack it like 100 points below what it could be and his chance of getting a high critical is ONLY when he has no weapon. Same thing with leveling up Jessicas staff to get more MP, you only get more MP if she has the staff equiped. So if you want her to use a whip, just level up the whip. If you want her to cast spell, just level up the staff. But don't waste your points leveling up a bunch of things when you're only going to use one at a time.
which is better, the sword or the bow/arrow for angello? im leveling up both. Also is the las skill on his list any good? i still havent added anything to it.
im doing a side quest where i have to defeat 3 enemies for "morrie"(the itallian dude). i killed the blue slime and im not able to cature it, the same goes for the other 2 enemies(he gave me 3 notes with the enemies he wants defeated). how am i supposed to capture them?
and last im leveling up the boomerang and the spear for the Hero(and some courage), should i bother with the sword, or stick with the spear?
but if you level up staff with jesica you'll still learn spells you wouldn't get if you didn't level up the skill. and what if later in the game you're up against a really tricky boss and you wanna give her an mp boost? simply equip her with a staff for that fight and there you go....or unarm her for the agility boost. just 'cause the whip is her primary offensive weapon doesn't mean you have to stick to it when using skill points.
