Oh cry. I don't want to talk to anyone i'm playing against. I hate them enough without knowing them. Besides, if it supported voice chat, the DS would blow up in your hands and the touch screen would shoot spikes in your eyes. Then you'd be all Hellen Keller and you couldn't even say, "I'M NOT DUMB NOW" because you would be. Do you really want that to happen?

Yeah, not talking to most of the folk who are playing this is probably more a blessing than a curse.
Yeah, if it had some form of communication you would realize that you are mainly playing and owning little kids and then you'd feel less manly.
Nintendo really thought of everything.
If you could communicate online with strangers then your Gaming Experience Could Change Online and I think Nintendo wants to avoid that.
Like, with AC, you can only play and communicate with people you approve as friends, so they covered their ass there.
