Look at you, you don't even live in a place where there's a map.

Yay for people calling OOT boring. I could only manage to play through it about half way before giving up. It was all random bits of rather simplistic action with very little story to tie it together for me. It never felt as if anything was really happening, or that I was ever doing anything of any signficance.

I agree with Super Mario 3 being perfect though. That and LttP.

Its like Bubble Bobble, except instead of shooting bubbles you cover your enemies with snow until they become encased in a giant snowball. You then push the snow ball to bowl it around the level wiping out other enemies or hitting other snowballs. Its much uglier than bubble bobble in all respects, however its much faster, more intense and can be played with a relatively high amount of strategy.

To counter those Zelda comments, I played Ocarina at the time of its release and enjoyed it. I tried to play Link to The Past recently (never played it before) and found it boring, so I just gave up. It might have to do with playing these games at the time of release or playing them when you're young enough to play that type of game. I can't play those search-type games at all now, though I'd play Ocarina again, I think, but that might be because I finished it when it was new!

I played Ocarina the day it came out. Still have my gold cart. :)

I finished it , and enjoyed it. But I still think series wise The Legend of Zelda Link to the Past is the best zelda ever made.

All I could think about is that Zelda 64 is basically Mario 64 with a sword... Which is probably why you got bored.
