I waited a while to post since Mode pretty much said exactly what I'd say. Screw the Naomi and get a nice sit-down Japanese cabinet from Arcade-Infinity. I think you'll find a lot more to love with a Jamma cabinet than a Naomi in the long run. Then use the extra $1400.00 for a ton of great PCB's.
