I blame my initial response on I thought by PC engine you meant like, modern day PCs, I couldnt' figure out why you'd do modern day PC games and also do Super Famicon, because it wouldn't make any sense. I was ignorant to the fact that the PC engine was something else in it's own Entirety.

Is someone using Safari ? Opera and Safari are the only two browsers I haven't been able to test the site on... I hope it won't be too much work, getting the site to behave 'roughly' the same on IE and Netscape was already a bit tricky...
Donuts, I really like the site. But the logo made me think it was going to be all about Dreamcast thanks to the swirl overlaying the G.
The site works fine with Safari.
I'm running Safari - haven't noticed anything that seems broken so far.
1) Don't have the first page be just a graphic I have to click to get to the actual website. Pointless, and a waste of time. Websites don't need "intros."
2) Scrolling text "tickers" need to go away, but that's just me.
3) Too much of the screen is taken up by non-active content. You don't need to have two separate logos for the website up at the exact same time. Since you already have the logo in the left sidebar, get rid of the one in the main column, opening up more room for viewing content.
4) Frames need to go away, but that's just me.
5) The open/close buttons in the left frame are utterly pointless. Since the frame isn't being used for anything else at that point anyhow, leave the buttons expanded the entire time.
6) Try to come up with a more consistent style for the site, to make it feel like a whole entity. Right now, it kind of looks like you took pieces from different websites, and just tossed them together.
Some thoughts for now.

Uh, yeah, i hate frames too. No one should use frames. NO ONE. I appreciate what you're trying to do, but it's seriously making me flip out and not want to look at it.

DO NOT get rid of any of the art. It's what gives the site ... personality. Keep the old images at the top and keep that crazy logo. I agree that the swirl is too dreamcast, but otherwise it's fine. Maybe if it wasn't orange or quite so swirly. Reminds me of Gamefan without being... um... that word that means taking away from it. Just try to work it in without the god dang frames.

The buttons that get bigger are annoying as all hell. You cant scroll down because you have to get off of the button you are on, then you have missed the button you were going for.
Please fix this.
