Maybe Jack should go after all PC makers as well as Microsoft (not for Xbox but rather the Windows OS which more than a few games are played on), since that's where most of the games are in his favorite genre- first-person shooters. :rolleyes:

Actually, Thompson does have a point in that titles need Sony's approval to get released. This isn't the case with PCs, DVD players, or whatever else.

He's an idiot, but comparing a PS2 to a DVD player isn't entirely correct.

Thompson's license to pratice law in Alabama has been revoked. The ownage just keeps coming and coming.

I would love to read that 18 page document, plus Thompson's response. Probably a comedy goldmine.
