bird flu

Dedicated to the Avian Influenza (Bird Flu) and Avian Influenza A (H5N1) Virus. Alot of you guys are prolly gonna die from it... yes YOU! - with your weak internet health and all. (I reckon I'll be alright.)

Anyone stock up on Tamiflu? Is a global population reduction good or bad? Who will live and who will die? Are you secretly hoping that someone you know will die from it when it strikes us? Could celebs die from it?

Really? Why are you so sure? Perhaps you have some anti-bird-flu gene, you don't know that. The problem with dying in great numbers is that no-one will remember you specifically. 'Oh yeah, I had a brother once, he died in the big pandemic of 2005'.

I need to stock up on dollar Mc Chicken sandwiches.

What I think is the worst thing is that a Swiss company refused a Taiwanese company the rights to produce the anti-biotics, although I think they ended up making it anyway. I'm not sure what happened with that now, but the morals of that Swiss company is awful.

Such is the nature of the drug business, remember South Africa when they started producing a copyrighted anti-aids drug? At least they released the penicillin formula during WWII... (or something)

I want to be one of the first people who gets infected and survives, so that I'll have built up immunity to it.
Then I can loot and pillage the plague-stricken land without fear of teh birdflu.

OR the gov seizes you for experimentation against a vaccination. Perhaps you will die a horrible death in some underground facility? If you make it, stay quiet about it!
