I know this isn't the reason the thread was bumped, but just to fill you in, they actually did strike an agreement with Vivendi to get their KQIX fan game back on track. They shortened the name to "The Silver Lining", but nothing else has changed. Looks good too.Quote:

Vivendi should allow them to license this game for a nominal, undisclosed fee. Protect their IP rights, but allow the game to be released. It can't be as bad as the CD-I Mario and Zelda games, and they didn't kill Nintendo's IP.
