When you make the call, they won't know shit.

My guess is you got tired of opening ports and enabled DMZ on your PC from the same router that the Xbox is on, and now it won't work. Just disable it and you should be fine.

Actually they told me to do something with MAC address under "advanced" options, but I forgot as soon as I hung up.

I fiddled with it anyway and the problem fixed itself.

Go figure.
