Most of the people detained are NOT CHARGED, do you understand that? That means they're imprisoned and being tortured, yet they've been charged with no crime and in many cases not even under suspicion of being party to violence. If they ARE party to harming Americans then charge them, try them, and THEN put them in some hellhole in Cuba.

So when dumbasses like those in this thread say that they agree with 'torturing people who want to kill us' they're only showing how painfully ignorant they are on the subject. Imagine how you would feel if one of your loved ones was being held in a foreign prison without charge, being tortured, and you were forbidden to see them.
