I'm not sure why you're even bothering. As I understand it you just tear down and replace buildings in the US and build anew.
Edit: Which is not a good or a bad thing right off, since sometimes protection orders can be put on ugly shit that's just old. But the interior of a building that was used in a couple of films, and was probably dressed up anyway?
