Now those are the ones that HAVE bids. Look at the ones that don't have bids. I bet you could buy the exclusive publishing rights to a game you care about (galactic attack?) for cheap this holiday season.

I love how high the Mr. Domino price is compared to Burnout and such. I could see EA snatching up the Simpsons rights, which they could then use for the Revolution's back catalog stuff, and make the money back that way. Likewise, I could see THQ buying the rights to the WWF and ECW games for the same reasons.

I'm pretty sure this is the publishing rights to the completed products, not the franchises.

I'm pretty sure you can't buy the rights to Crazy Taxi and port it to something. You can buy the rights to Crazy Taxi and re-release the PS2 version (the version Acclaim owns the publishing rights to).

Don't hold your breath for Revolution downloadables coming from this auction.
